Blueberry Sweet Cream Latte

Where are my blueberry lovers at?

Because I’ve got a treat for you that’s about to totally transform your morning coffee routine. If you’re anything like me, you love a little coffeehouse magic—but not always the price (or the effort) that comes with it. Enter: this two-ingredient blueberry sweet cream that tastes like a blueberry pie in every sip.

Seriously, this is one of those “how did I not try this sooner?” recipes. It’s simple, quick, and gives total barista-at-home energy—without needing a fancy espresso machine or any coffee know-how beyond pushing a button and swirling a spoon.

Think creamy whipped topping infused with the sweet-tart flavor of blueberries, slowly melting into your iced oat milk latte and topped with crushed graham crackers. And the best part? It takes less than a minute to make.

What You’ll Need:

Just two ingredients. Yes, really!

  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 tablespoons blueberry syrup (homemade or store-bought)

  • Optional (but highly recommended): crushed graham crackers + a pinch of cinnamon to sprinkle on top. Trust me, it really elevates this drink!

How To Make It:

Add your heavy cream and blueberry syrup to a small cup or jar and use a handheld frother to whip on high. You’re going for thick and creamy—somewhere between pourable and whipped cream.

Fill your glass with iced oat milk (or your favorite milk) and add your espresso or brewed coffee.

Crushed graham crackers and a dash of cinnamon will give you major blueberry pie vibes. Totally optional, but totally worth it.

Tips & Variations:

No frother? No problem. A small mason jar with a lid and some vigorous shaking will work in a pinch.

Want to make it dairy-free? Try full-fat coconut cream instead of heavy cream—it won’t whip the same way, but it’ll still be rich and delicious.

For a sugar-free version, use a sugar-free blueberry syrup or make your own with fresh blueberries and a sugar substitute.

If you try it out, let me know how it goes! Tag me in your creations—I want to see all those dreamy swirls and graham cracker sprinkles.
