They are Bluesign certified, which is the highest and most rigorous sustainability certification in the textile market that approaches sustainable efforts holistically from factory floor to finished goods. Each clothing item is made from recycled plastics and spandex in order to create a lightweight material that is comfortable and breathable.
The fabric is made to be anti-wrinkle, antimicrobial, spill proof and durable. And to be honest, I was impressed! I wore the Ocean Plaid set a few times before washing, styling it several ways and there were no lasting wrinkles and no odors like any of my other usual outfits.
Currently, wayre offers a small selection of tops, bottoms, and dresses, but there are tons of color options to choose from with each style. For a sustainable brand, they are on the more affordable side. Plus, considering that I didn’t even need to wash my clothing after a couple wears it saves on water and energy consumption as well as my own laundry money!
